Shipping policy

Free shipping is included on all our items!

Shipping on bar stools and smaller items is via UPS Ground Package.  Each item will come packed in it's own box. See item descriptions for estimated arrival times.

Larger items such as beds, tables, kitchen islands, wood countertops, etc, are too big to be shipped via UPS ground and so typically will arrive via curbside freight.  Freight shipments are only responsible for delivering the item to the curb and removing from the truck.  The customer is responsible for opening the crate and bringing the product inside.  If the crate is visibly damaged, please examine carefully.  If the product itself appears to be damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us.

If inside white glove delivery is needed, please contact us prior to purchase and we may be able to arrange that, depending on your location.  White glove delivery and install typically incurs an additional fee.
